In order to provide the best experience for all guests, i kindly ask that you review the following policies: Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens and schedules may need to shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. With proper notice, your initial deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled service. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a non-refundable 50% cancellation fee. No Show Policy Missed appointments with no notice will be charged a 100% non refundable rebooking fee. Late Arrival Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please arrive on time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a 50% non-refundable late cancellation fee. All outstanding balances must be settled prior to rebooking. Thank you for your understanding, professionalism, and continued support- it truly means the world. Additional Guests Due to space safety limitations, only the person receiving the service may be present in the studio unless previously approved. Service Adjustments If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 business days of your appointment to arrange a correction (otherwise, all sales are final). Consultations For major transformations, a consultation may be required prior to booking your appointment. Pricing Prices may vary depending on hair length and density. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation or at the time of service. Additional timing will result in additional fees, which will be discussed in advance.
